Beverford Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

The saying “good wines are made in the vineyard” is probably truer of Cabernet Sauvignon than any other grape variety. Of all the varieties, Cabernet grapes need to be fully ripened in order to produce the range and depth of flavours that this variety is capable of. The 2009 vintage gave us excellent quality fruit and I am very happy with the end result.
